These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at www.kamethod.com (the “Site”) and your participation in any of our services, programs, or offerings (“Services”) provided by KA Method® (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or enrolling in Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of the Work

KA Method® is a multidimensional energy healing technique designed to support your personal transformation, alignment, and wellbeing.
Sessions focus on:

  • subtle energy recalibration

  • emotional and energetic release

  • support for your healing process

KA Method® does not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
It is a complementary energetic practice.

2. Personal Responsibility

By booking a session, you understand that:

  • you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing

  • you choose to engage in this work voluntarily

  • you have consulted a medical or mental health professional if needed

  • any insights or guidance received are for your personal exploration

You agree to use your own judgment when integrating any information that arises.

3. No Medical Claims

KA Method® practitioners do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition.
Sessions do not include:

  • medical advice

  • psychological counseling

  • crisis intervention

  • guarantees of specific outcomes

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, you agree to seek appropriate professional support.

4. Session Preparation & Participation

To receive the greatest benefit, clients are asked to:

  • arrive on time

  • create a quiet, uninterrupted space for sessions

  • refrain from alcohol or recreational substances before sessions

We reserve the right to stop or decline a session if we feel it is unsafe or inappropriate to continue.

5. Sensitivity & Integration

KA Method® may activate emotional, energetic, or somatic releases. This is normal for deep transformational processes.
By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • releases can occur during or after the session

  • integration may continue for hours or days

  • you may experience shifts in perception, emotion, or energy

  • this is part of the healing and recalibration process

You are encouraged to rest, hydrate, and practice grounding after your session.

6. Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

Your time is held specifically for you.

  • Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are non-refundable.

7. Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

All payments, pricing, and communication are carried out in euros (€) unless specified.

Because energetic sessions are a time-based and personalized service, all completed sessions are non-refundable.

8. Confidentiality

All personal information shared in sessions is kept confidential.
You agree to provide accurate information regarding your wellbeing so we can safely support you.

We maintain professional boundaries and respect for your privacy at all times.

9. Distance Healing

For distance sessions, you understand that:

  • energy healing does not require physical proximity

  • results may be felt immediately or unfold over time

  • experiences vary from person to person

Your presence online (if applicable) or your quiet receptivity during the scheduled time is required for the session.

10. Intellectual Property

All teachings, methods, materials, processes, and language associated with the KA Method® are the intellectual property of Kali Anne Kara / KA Method®.

You may not record, reproduce, or share session content, techniques, or materials without permission.
