KÂ Method® training is a progressive three-level pathway — from receiving the healing of the method, to learning to facilitate it for others, and even learning to teach.

Each level builds upon the one before it to support integration and embodiment.

Level 1 — Healing and Self-Practice

The pathway begins with your own experience of the method.

In Level 1, you receive the KÂ Method® healing across the ten energy centers of the soul map, opening the way for greater light, consciousness and energy to move through them.

You then learn the light codes of the method as a spiritual self-practice — one that can be practiced daily to strengthen the energy field and maintain your connection to your soul, embodied. The practice supports boundaries, the raising of your vibration, and holistic wellness, and is often experienced as a deepening of peace, a stronger backbone, and clearer perception and consciousness.

Level 1 is open to everyone. No previous experience with energy healing is required.

Level 1 is held live and online — you can receive it from anywhere in the world. Each session is recorded, so if you have to miss one, you can catch up in your own time.

You will:

  • Receive the Level 1 KÂ Method® healing
  • Be introduced to the ten-center soul map
  • Learn the light codes of the method as a daily spiritual self-practice
  • Develop greater sensitivity to your own energy field
  • Explore grounding, integration and responsible personal practice

Facilitate

Level 2 — Practitioner Training

Level 2 is the step from personal practice into responsible facilitation — learning to become a coherent channel for greater consciousness, expressed as light: the light of your own soul, which you channel to heal yourself so that others may heal in your presence.

During this in-person immersion, you learn how to guide another person through the complete KÂ Method® sequence. Training includes the light codes and the ten centers of the soul map, practitioner presence, session structure, in-person and remote facilitation, ethical responsibilities and integration.

You learn to hold yourself in a safe space and to create a safe space for others — clear energetic boundaries for safe practice, and the energetic hygiene that is of utmost importance to this work.

The emphasis is not only on learning the technique, but on developing the grounded presence, discernment and integrity required to hold the work for others.

You will learn:

  • The complete practitioner sequence: transmitting the light codes through the ten centers of the soul map
  • How to structure and facilitate a 1:1 session
  • How to offer the method in person and remotely
  • Safe space, energetic boundaries and energetic hygiene for safe practice
  • Consent, confidentiality and scope of practice
  • How to support clients before and after a session
  • Professional and ethical responsibilities

III
Embody

Level 3 — Teacher Training

Level 3 is for experienced practitioners who feel called to become stewards of the KÂ Method® — to teach the work and carry the modality forward.

At this level, the emphasis turns inward before it turns outward: embodying your own soul force so that you may become a beacon — carrying the codes of the method as a living support for your own continued growth, and transmitting them with clarity to others. The training deepens your relationship with the method while developing the practical skills required to teach Level 1, facilitate group experiences and support students with clarity, integrity and care.

Becoming a teacher is not simply the completion of another course. It reflects demonstrated experience with the method, a readiness to hold groups, an ongoing embodiment of the work in your own life, and a commitment to maintaining its professional and ethical standards.

The training includes:

  • Teaching the Level 1 curriculum
  • Facilitating initiations and group practices
  • Holding clear and grounded group spaces
  • Supporting student questions and integration
  • Understanding group energetic dynamics
  • Teaching within the philosophy and scope of KÂ Method®
  • Stewarding the work with integrity

You arrive having received the method. You leave carrying the work forward.
